Use of talent management systems
A new study by the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) found that only a quarter of companies have systematic talent management practices in place.
The study also found that talent management metrics are much more prevelant in top-performing organizations (defined as those that outperformed their competitors in profitability, revenue growth, market share and customer satisfaction) than in low-performing organizations. (Metrics are emphasized by 37 percent of top performers, compared with 16 percent of low performers.)
