JJ is a consulting services partner at McBassi. She began her career with IBM where she spent 13 years as General Manager for the Midwest Marketing Division. She was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Operations. JJ left IBM to join McKinsey & Company, an international Fortune 500 consulting firm, managing firm operations in Chicago and Minneapolis with a team of over 1,200 professionals. Before forming her own consulting group in 2003, she spent nine years as the Senior Director of Concept Development for Boston Market, a former subsidiary of McDonald’s. She was instrumental in launching the Boston Market brand and led the company’s strategic growth initiatives.
JJ is also the managing partner of The Jordan Consulting Group, LLC, serving a variety of clients in the corporate, human resources and food service arenas. Her business strengths include Strategic Planning, Change Management, Process Re-engineering, Project Management, Sales and Marketing, Executive Coaching, Team Building, and Training and Development. She takes pride in a unique balance of executive focus, general management skills and compassionate business savvy.
JJ has a degree in Psychology/Sociology and did graduate work through IBM at Pace University in New York. She has completed over 550 hours of study at the IBM School of Management. JJ serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Alzheimer’s Association. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado, Boulder.
