Not Just Another Employee Engagement Survey
The McBassi People Index® (MPI) is an intensively-researched, easy-to-implement measurement system that creates actionable business intelligence on the people side of your business, an area long susceptible to “management by gut instinct.”
The MPI is designed to capture a more complete range of information than a traditional employee engagement survey. It typically involves the following steps:
- McBassi deploys an online employee survey for your organization that allows us to efficiently quantify key elements of your leadership, work, and learning environments
- We statistically link the resulting information to key outcomes customized for your organization (these can be captured through the survey and/or through data provided directly by your organization) such as employee engagement, client focus, turnover, and financial outcomes
- Our statistical analysis identifies the people practices and processes that are the most important drivers of your business outcomes
- We take the analysis results and produce fact-based, prioritized recommendations on how you can improve those outcomes through more effective management and development of people
- Result: the “guesswork” has been removed from the people side of your business and decisions can be made based on facts and a clear road map to greater success
