I speak statistics. Analytics energize me. I get numbers.

As an HR analytics expert, I get to work in both the statistical world and the human resources world. I oversee much of McBassi’s day-to-day project management and its on-going research initiatives. Our clients are our partners, and I enjoy working with them by implementing McBassi’s services in a personalized way and meeting the individual needs of each client.

Prior to co-founding McBassi & Company, I worked in research positions at the Urban Institute, Saba Software, the Association for Talent Development, and the U.S. Department of Labor. I was also the CRO for over 10 years at Bassi Investments, a ground-breaking investment company that generated above-market returns by investing in companies with superior human capital management.

I’ve authored over 20 published papers and books, including Good Company: Business Success in the Worthiness Era, the winner of the 2012 Nautilus Gold Award for best business/leadership book of the year; and the HR Analytics Handbook. I hold an M.P.P. in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University.

Reach out to me if you’d like to talk about how to use HR analytics to drive better business results. Or if you’d like to talk Red Sox or Bruins.
