You’ll have new, focused, actionable intelligence that leads to improved decision-making and superior business results.
Our work is always focused on producing actionable insight – not a data dump.
How do we conduct analytics for your organization? We do this by carefully combining data (employee survey, financials, HR data, etc.) from one or more sources within your organization. We then use a variety of techniques to analyze and understand the relationships within the data.
Most fundamentally, we’re seeking to understand which factors are most closely associated with better results, whether at the level of individual employees, departments, locations, or business units. We’re known for systematic, deep, and creative analyses, deploying all the tools and understanding we’ve developed since our founding as an analytics firm in 2001.
We also understand that even the most compelling results won’t have any impact if they’re not communicated effectively. Therefore, we ensure that our HR analytics findings and recommendations are always presented in an easy-to-understand, highly visual format, with key findings and areas of opportunity explained in clear language and highlighted throughout the report.
In short, McBassi Analytics ensures that your organization can benefit from all of the insights possible in today’s “Big Data” world – but without breaking the budget or needing your own in-house team of statisticians!
Employee Surveys and Analytics. For clients seeking employee survey analytics, McBassi also offers an employee survey which is specifically designed to yield analytics-based insights. In other words, this “smarter” survey is intended to enable your organization’s survey results to be linked to your key performance indicators – something that traditional employee surveys are not well-suited to do. (If you already have an employee survey, it may also be possible for us to conduct customized analytics work using the existing survey data.)
Analytics Coaching: We also offer Analytics Coaching services for clients seeking advice on how best to deploy analytics within their organization.
